India's legal sector is rapidly growing, benefitting from a growing economy and geopolitical shifts which make India an increasingly strategic player on the world stage. This, combined with the most disruptive technology in a generation, gives Indian lawyers a chance to leap-frog traditional stages in legal market development and become an advanced professional services sector.
The RISE Legal India event brings 400+ lawyers from private practice firms and in-house legal departments to work with, and learn from, legal technology companies and international law firms — developing individually and as teams. The agenda, created by RSGI, combines plenary sessions with practice area, training and vibe-coding workshops, giving delegates both a big picture and granular understanding of how their jobs are changing, and what they can do to stay relevant.

Expert-led plenaries set the strategic frame for the whole day — exploring the forces reshaping how law is practised, bought, and valued in India and globally.
Sessions explore:
Reform: Turning Legal India into a Powerhouse | GC Shifts: Strategy & Pricing | Context & Connectivity: Knowledge as Competitive Advantage | The Augmenting Human

Focused workshops examine evolutions in the practice of law in three main areas. In addition, we look at how individual lawyers can take control of their careers, the changing nature of knowledge and expertise in the Indian market, and one workshop that will be defined by attending delegates.
Sessions explore
Evolutions in Disputes • Evolutions in Transactions • Evolutions in Advisory • Empowering the Individual Lawyer • How Knowledge and Expertise are Changing • Transforming the In-House Legal Function
